metal_weight_g — e.g. 4.5
making_type — type1 / type2 / type3
making_value — % or ₹/g or lumpsum
extra — optional extra charge (0 if none)
stone_code — must match Diamonds & Stones
discount_type — none / type1 / type2
discount_pct — 0 if no discount
gst_pct — 3 for jewelry
product_type — jewelry or coin
